FUSE and Revo kill it at the NSSF Shot Show

Tradeshows have always been a great place to showcase the newest breakthroughs in technology and innovative products, and the 2012 NSSF Shot Show was no different. A few months ago, Revo Brand Group had contacted FUSE to help them create a trade show animation which would showcase the features for a new rifle from Thompson/Center. After some frantic deadlines, we all came through with some sharp, informative animation for the show.

With 60,000 people in attendance, the buzz on the show floor was rumored to be the T/C Dimension Rifle from Thompson/Center. Attendees lined up to see how this new rifle’s groundbreaking features were brilliantly captured in the animations created by FUSE. Even before lunch, the sales team had surpassed their projected sales figures for the next six months.

Needless to say it was an extremely sucessful launch.

The team at Revo Brand Group were heroes that day in the eyes ofThompson/Center and FUSE got to do what we do best, make you and your products look great!

"The professional quality animation that FUSE created greatly helped to simplify and showcase a complex product offering. And, it just looked wicked cool."

Hailey Dillon, VP of Marketing, Revo Brand Group

FUSE and Ogilvy NY

We've been pretty quiet with blog posting lately. It's been a combination of non disclosure agreements and bigger projects that have taken us longer to produce. Well, after a couple months of diligent work we've finally completed this informational video for Gruppo and IBM with art direction from the famous Ogilvy and Mather of New York.

A few months ago Ogilvy and Mather approached us looking for a bid for this upcoming project. It needed to be an abstract animation featuring keys. We decided to submit a little test animation we had created over the weekend along with our bid. That way they could see what our ideas for this project were.

Well, it worked.

They were so impressed with the concept, very little changed from our test movie to the final animation. Below we have the full video for you to enjoy as well as the test below that won us the project.

Here is the test animation we created below, with music from When the Clouds

It was really exciting to have worked with Ogilvy and Mather on this project. They were by far some of the most knowledgable and experienced producers we've ever worked with. We look forward to doing other exciting projects with them in the future!

Read with the Lorax!

FUSE teamed up with OLSON of Minneapolis to create this sweet piece for Target. It was a lot of fun working with their broadcast department. Under their direction we put together the edit and 3D text elements for this short for Targets website and in store promotion.

It was pretty cool working with assets for the new Lorax movie. We were glad to get involved with such an exciting movie, especially since we all have read the book as kids!

We are looking forward to doing more shorts like this in the future!

FUSE Welcomes Jose Ortiz

FUSE is proud to announce Jose Ortiz has joined our team of talent as an intern from Art Institute International. He has proven to be crazy talented and is virtually immune to criticism, sarcasm and hasn't taken a swing at Chris once since he started a few weeks back. With his formidable matte painting ability, concept art and 3D skills we look forward to seeing what Jose can do for the team and for our clients in the months to come!

 Welcome to the team Jose!

Bows for the holidays!

FUSE has just finished putting together this great looking feature driven animation for the good folks over at Mathews Bows.
They wanted to add a high tech look and feel to the newest member of the high performance Mathews line. When it was all said and done, they were thrilled with the results.
Who else could turn a hunting bow into an exciting ride for the eyes as we fly you through the amazing new features of the Heli-M bow?
After seeing this animation online you can bet these will be stuffing a few stockings.
